Frequently Asked Questions

1. Apply: Submit an application online for everyone 18 or older who will live in the apartment. (Application fees are non-refundable.)
2. Screening: We’ll review your application using a third-party screening service. This process includes a check of your income, rental history, credit history, and criminal background.
3. Result: Approved — move forward with no deposit required. Approved with Conditions — you’ll need to provide a qualifying guarantor, pay a screening deposit, or enroll in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Denied — unfortunately, we will be unable to approve the application.
4. Sign Lease: Once approved, review and sign your lease documents electronically.
5. Move In: Pay your first month’s rent and any required fees, pick up your keys, and move in!

Resident Shield provides protection for certain physical damages to your apartment and the building, offering added peace of mind during your residency. While Resident Shield replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and is not an insurance policy, residents remain responsible for unpaid rent, utilities, ancillary fees, and any damages beyond the coverage limit. For additional information, please contact the leasing office.

Applicants who do not fully meet our income or credit requirements may still be approved, but with conditions. In these cases, they must either provide a qualifying guarantor or pay a screening deposit, or enroll in the Guarantor Waiver Program for a minimal monthly fee.

The apartment homes come pre-wired with fiber optic service. This internet package offers 1 Gbps. This is a required package. You may upgrade the package at your own expense.

You have 72 hours from the time of an approved application to cancel your application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.

You will be notified immediately by email or by telephone within three (3) business days (Mon–Fri) from submitting the application and required processing fee.

We now offer 9–16 month leases at this time.

Yes. The maximum weight allowed is 45 lbs. No more than 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Read our pet policy.
